At the end of 2019 my great friend and colleague, Susan Royce, and I started working with Arts Council England on some guidance for managing financial difficulties. Sad to say we had no idea how prescient such guidance was to become.
The documents are being finalised and will be published shortly through the support of the Arts Council but recognising how immediate the challenges are for our sector we are going to start sharing some bitesize information on a daily basis, starting next week. These will be shared through our social networks.
