Try the 85% principle
Taking it slower to achieve more is the principle behind working at 85%. I know, I know, I can almost hear the coffee being spluttered and the protestations as you read this! But I’d really encourage you to just give it a little thought. We all feel more under pressure than ever it seems to me but that may be clouding our decision making and effectiveness. Our bodies are also not geared up to run at 100% indefinitely.

If you haven’t come across the Arts in Society Research Network before it might be of interest. I was intrigued to see the approach to their 2021 conference and how a very flexible format is being proposed, certainly compared to the pre-Covid academic conference format. Something I think we’re all having to think about as we wonder what the future might bring.
