Very sorry to hear of the death of Ralph Stacey, one of the pioneers of complexity theory in organisations. He was a prolific writer, if you haven’t come across his work before there is plenty to choose from! One of my reference points is ‘Complexity and Group Processes: A Radically Social Understanding of Individuals.’

Irish National Opera Out of the Ordinary workshops
Out of the Ordinary is being created in rural Ireland, on Inis Meáin, and in Tallaght and South County Dublin by groups of people who are turning experiences that matter to them into an opera. Director Jo Mangan and composer Finola Merivale have been working with them since last year. And the cream of Irish virtual reality expertise will also be on hand to realise their vision and transform it into a unique virtual reality experience.
