Time to talk day – 3 February 2022
On 3 February the organisers of Time to Talk including Mind and Rethink Mental Illness are encouraging us all to have conversations about mental health. There is a wide range of activities including this great talk from Clean Break and WISH about the mental health of women in prison and secure settings.

What I’m most proud of is that anyone coming through Nurturing Talent, or any participant, young girls who experience racism, can see that it’s possible to get into these rooms.
