The All Change action group is being created to support anyone dealing with these kinds of challenges.
In case you didn’t catch it with everything else that is going on Susan and I are offering support for a small group of people who are having to implement significant transitions in their organisations. The intention is that the group will be action focused and will provide peer support as we all deal with unparalleled changes in our environment and the ongoing uncertainty that is creating. It will be a confidential space to share experiences, tools, information, advice, challenges and opportunities.
The group will meet once a fortnight online for four sessions.
We will ask participants to bring a specific issue or opportunity to work on – this might be implementing a change programme, a personal development area or a current project.
The purpose of the group will be to support:
- Creative problem-solving and design thinking
- Reflection, reframing, questioning, and planning
- Inquiry, advocacy and communicating complex issues
- Collaborative working, encouraging a diversity of perspectives
- Listening, coaching, questioning, and feedback
- Personal flexibility and adaptability
- Individual learning and personal development
- Emotional and psychological well-being
The intention is that once established the group would become self-supporting after the first four sessions.
