The tools you need to help your creative business plan, adapt and develop.
Whether you are self-employed, run a small creative team, or manage a cultural business of two hundred people, this toolkit is for you. It offers hands-on tools to help with the big decisions arts, heritage and creative organisations make every day.
What’s in the toolkit?
Numerous familiar and not so familiar tools are included. They are designed to support a wide range of entities from the sole trading silversmith to major museums, and from social enterprises to Limited Companies. We actively encourage you to adapt any of the tools to suit your situation.
The terms ‘business,’ ‘organisation,’ and ‘enterprise’ are used interchangeably throughout to ensure we have covered all the organisational types in the sector.
How do I use it?
The toolkits are themed under six categories based on the most common areas we come across in our consultancy and coaching work. They can be used in combination, or you may want to focus on one area. All the tools are free to access, and we will add more over time so do keep in touch for updates.
If you click on a tile you will see the tools under that category. Click on the tool that interests you and an overview is given on the webpage. More detailed instructions and templates are then included in a downloadable PDF.
The PDFs are in 14pt but we are aware that you may have different access needs. If you would like a large print version or different format do let us know.
