Gresham College is an odd beast – an independent educational charity since 1597 that provides free lectures by a very distinguished and interesting array of speakers on a wide range of topics. They started recording the lectures online a few years ago and now the whole catalogue is available. Definitely better than doom scrolling!

We suggest that a business model framework needs to include four dimensions that address the customer, value proposition, organizational architecture and economics. The value proposition can be seen as the central dimension.
